What’s the appetite for a new bundled service?

Within the SVOD landscape, there are a myriad of services and content to consume. This project set out to help a new streaming platform uncover the potential benefit in pursuing partnership with other services to strengthen interest. Using a conjoint approach, we simulated all eventualities to model different potential partnerships and their financial impact.
