What’s the appetite for a new bundled service?

Within the SVOD landscape, there are a myriad of services and content to consume. This project set out to help a new streaming platform uncover the potential benefit in pursuing partnerships with other services to strengthen interest by widening content options and perceived value for money.

The approach used was a quantitative conjoint survey, creating specific simulations for all eventualities to uncover the opportunity across different partnerships. The output included a conjoint simulator to allow the team to model different partnerships and prices, and their impact on estimated demand. ​
