Helping the NFL to increase revenue streams

We’ve worked with the NFL for over 10 years, helping them better understand the needs of fans all over the world, including through the International Series Games in London and other cities.

For this project, the focus was on merchandise, and specifically on aligning opportunities for products, audiences, licensing deals and retail channels. We evaluated the appeal of around 100 different types of merchandise, identifying which ones had the most potential and with which audiences – and with which potential licensing and retail partners.

The findings were delivered in an interactive tool, enabling stakeholders to choose either a product line, audience or retailer as their starting point – and then quickly ascertain the strongest opportunities to focus on.
