We’ve got some exciting news to share at Tapestry – with five of our incredible team members earning well-deserved promotions over the last few months: PeiPei Guan, Olga Trunova, Amy Nightingale, Vicki Stockbridge and Hugo Maguire.
We’re delighted to announce that PeiPei has been promoted to Senior Research Executive. PeiPei joined us in August 2022, after finishing her Master’s in Mental Health Studies at Kings College London. She’s impressed us with how quickly she’s learned the ropes, running important studies on topics such as streaming, diversity and inclusion, and much more!
Next up, Olga has been promoted to Research Manager. Olga joined at the tail-end of the pandemic and made an immediate impression on the team with her non-stop will to discover more about the industry. Olga champions many of our projects which focus on identity, diversity and inclusion. In 2023 she made her debut on stage at the MRS Inclusivity Summit along Channel 4, showcasing our Mirror on the Industry study. We’re looking forward to seeing more conference appearances!
Vicki, Amy and Hugo have all been promoted to Associate Director, showing great dedication and contribution to Tapestry’s success.
Amy leads some of our most complex projects, often with a mix of qual, quant and anything else that can help build out a compelling, well, thought-out narrative. She has a natural ability to bring complex research projects to life in the clearest and most engaging way. An example of this is ‘Trust: More Than A Feeling’ for Newsworks – an award-winning project for the Media Week Awards. Amy always brings so much energy and fun to work – if we could clone her, we would.
Vicki’s hands-on attitude to work is in keeping with her inbuilt love of sport, encompassing a thorough, competitive, and positive approach to challenges. She was involved in our Shift Happens study with the Guardian, and made her conference debut presenting this at the MRS &more conference, as well as an MRG content session for researchers in the media space. Her work also includes projects for the BBC, Cancer Research UK, Paramount, NBC, Penguin and many more!
Last, but by certainly no means least, Hugo joined Tapestry 6 years ago as a fresh-faced Research Executive. Since then he’s worked his way up the ranks at Tapestry, working on studies for many of our media and lifestyle clients. He’s our expert on advertising research, leading many of our campaign effectiveness studies too!
